発令中、対象地区の居住者が外出する場合は、現場指揮官（治安当局者）の許可証が必要となります。

北側境界: Lelond Avenue from White Sea Drive to Yellow Sea Drive
東側境界: Yellow Sea Drive from Lelond Avenue to Imaginary Line 'A' (that runs parallel to the gully)
南側境界: Imaginary Line 'A' from Yellow Sea Drive to White Sea Drive
西側境界: White Sea Drive from Imaginary Line 'A' to Lelond Avenue
