ジャマイカ警察は、マンチェスター県の一部に外出禁止令を発令した旨公表しました（２月２３日（木）午前８時まで）。
発令中、対象地区の居住者が外出する場合は、現場指揮官（治安当局者）の許可証が必要となります。

外出禁止令の出ている範囲の詳細は以下のとおりです。
北側境界：(Bordered by Royal Flat District) from a roadway at Sweden Street, Georges Valley at the northern boundary, 2533 meters along an imaginary line to a section of roadway at Newhall community at the eastern boundary.
東側境界：(Bordered by Epping Forest) from the roadway at Newhall District at the northern boundary, 5370 meters along an imaginary line to Road at Old England main road at the southern boundary.
南側境界：(Bordered by Broken Hurst and Everness District) from a main road at Old England District at the eastern boundary, 2379 meters along an imaginary line to another section of roadway in the vicinity of Old England All Age School at the western boundary.
西側境界：(Bordered by Albion District) from the roadway in the vicinity of Old England All Age School at the western boundary, 4540 meters along an imaginary line to the roadway at Sweden Street, Georges Valley at the northern boundary.
