Treatment of patients with COVID and pneumonia at the UMC clinics and NRCSC
Outpatient diagnostics:
RDC:
●Laboratory testing (PCR, antibody test, general tests, etc.)
●Instrumental methods of examination (CT scan, digital xRay, ultrasound)
NRCSC:
●Laboratory testing (PCR, COVID express test, antibody test, general tests, etc.)
●Instrumental methods of examination (CT scan, ultrasound)
Outpatient management:
NRCSC, RDC and NUSOM:
●Remote consultation of patients with mild symptoms (prescription of drugs and dosages, continuous monitoring)
●Identification of indications for hospitalization, referral for hospitalization to infectious hospital if necessary.
Inpatient:
NRCSC:
●Inpatient treatment of more severe patients (oxygen, medication and massage therapies, physiotherapy)
●ICU treatment of critical patients (ventilation, ECMO)

Post-COVID Rehabilitation:
NRCSC:
●Inpatient rehabilitation of oxygen-dependent patients
●Outpatient post-COVID diagnosis (lab tests, instrumental examination)
●Outpatient rehabilitation (respiratory exercises, physiotherapy, massage therapy)
RDC:
●Day hospital for non oxygen-dependent post-COVID patients (respiratory exercises, physiotherapy, massage therapy, salt mine).
