９月２３日，ジャマイカ政府はセント・アンドリュー中部地区及び南部地区，キングストン西部地区において非常事態宣言を発令しました。治安の悪化が見られるデンハムタウン，トレンチタウン，マックスフィールドアベニュー地域などが対象となります。対象地区の詳細は以下のとおりです。最新の関連報道等に充分ご留意ください。
North : Starting at the intersection of Oakland Road and Spanish Town Road, travelling north-easterly along Oakland Road then south-easterly onto Waltham Park Road, north-easterly onto Delamere Avenue then easterly along Delacree Road to the intersection of the said Delacree Road and Maxfield Avenue, southerly along Maxfield Avenue, and then easterly onto Rousseau Road, southerly along Lyndhurst Road then onto Studio One Boulevard to the intersection of Studio One Boulevard and Slipe Road.
East : Intersection of Studio One Boulevard and Slipe Road travelling southerly along Slipe Road continuing onto Orange Street, then westerly along Harbour Street onto Pechon Street and Ocean Boulevard travelling southerly to the shoreline in the vicinity of the Crafts Market.
South : Point at the corner of Ocean Boulevard (south of the Crafts Market) travelling north-westerly along the shoreline to the western end of PETROJAM.
West : Starting at the western end of PETROJAM then easterly to a point of intersection with Marcus Garvey Drive, north-westerly along Marcus Garvey Drive to the intersection of Marcus Garvey Drive and Fourth Street, continuing north-easterly along Fourth Street and Third Avenue and then onto Sixth Street, continuing alone at a short segment of track east of the Tinson Pen runway onto MOU trail to the intersection with Spanish Town Road, and finally north-westerly along Spanish Town Road to the start point at Oakland Road.
